Vacancies and Application Process

Tips for resume writing

Not only does CV introduce the specialist to HR managers, it also accompanies the entire hiring process.

It is read, re-read, passed on to the hiring manager. In some companies, CV will take turns to evaluate three - four people. But the first, who should be impressed by the CV, is the HR manager of course. What places in your CV should be strengthened and what mistakes should be avoided?

Structure of the CV

There are different recommendations on the structure of the summary with nuances for certain professions and companies. As a company that has reviewed more than 100,000 such documents, we are advising the following structure:

  • First and last name;
  • Photography;
  • Contact information;
  • Purpose (desired position);
  • Key competencies (if the section of experience is large, thesis);
  • Work experience (from last place and further down in chronological order);
  • Education;
  • Additional education (trainings, seminars);
  • Additional information (language proficiency, driver 's license).

This structure of the CV can be considered as universal. It will be appropriate for any area of activity. IMPORTANT! We reside in the territory of the Russian Federation, so fill in the CV in Russian. If the vacancy implies knowledge of a foreign language, we can check this knowledge in another way. Good luck!
