Qualification program

  • Internal training (within 1 month)
  • Mentorship program (till 3 months)
  • Trainings in Germany, in the head office and main plant (from 1 week till 1 year)
  • In order to exploit this potential, Witzenmann trains the employees throughout the Witzenmann Group with comprehensive qualification programme “Witzenmann Academy”.
